No refunds. 30-day exchange on unopened products only. Products subject to a 40% restocking fee. Preowned equipment is sold as is. All new products come with a Manufacture Warranty. Limited lifetime warranty on installation labor.

We offer a replacement warranty which covers labor and product for 1 year, from time of purchase.
